All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, Blixed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
If you received an incorrect item or are missing a piece, please contact us at support@yourbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery.
5.Pre-Orders
Some products are offered as Pre-Orders. These items are made or sourced specifically for your order and require additional production time.
Estimated Pre-Order Timeline: 6–8 weeks
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note that pre-order delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
